Latterie Friulane NaturaPlus eggs are laid by free-range hens in farms in the Friuli area which carefully respect the dictates of the organic method. The cereals which are used to feed the hens are produced using natural manure only, crop rotation and no use of chemical fertilisers, pesticides, genetically modified organisms or their derivatives. The hens are free to feed on cereal in the indoor areas and on vegetables and anything else which the pasture makes available to them in the outdoor areas. The inside areas ensure correct ventilation, the nests are suitable and any medical treatment uses homeopathic methods, natural medicine and phytotherapy, while the use of substances which stimulate growth or increase the reproductive cycle is rejected.
