Montasio
Montasio is a cheese which owes its name to the mountainous massif in Friuli. There could be no better comparison for an ancient product which has been winning consumers over for centuries with its genuine, rich, unique taste. It also offers the certainty of its origin with European Union Protected Designation of Origin (in Italy DOP) status. Latterie Friulane is the number one manufacturer of Montasio Cheese DOP. A Montasio which comes entirely from fresh milk produced in our territory. Production is carried out with craftsmanlike care and attention, controlled and its safety ensured by the experience of our master cheese-makers. Only in this way is it possible to obtain a Montasio, fresh, medium or aged, with such a genuine flavour: a flavour which takes the taste of Friuli and makes it popular and appreciated throughout Italy and abroad.

Castello Mozzarella
