Freshness is safety
Each salad is picked at the most suitable time of day and subjected to careful selection and precise laboratory analysis. The process continues with chilling (refrigerated temperature kept constant until reaching the shop display-cabinet), washing with drinking water which is controlled and analysed constantly, drying and packing with film so that the transpiration of the vegetables does not cloud up the bag. All this takes place in controlled environments, using the most modern technology in order to preserve the organoleptic characteristics. Together with freshness and flavour, hygiene is also guaranteed.
